These were photographed by KD Photography. You can find her on facebook. She is new and I think she's off to a great start!

Simple Step Ponies

This is a fun and easy do that works great for babies and toddlers, but looks cute on big girls too. I simply start with her natural part and them make little sections. Starting in the middle/front I work my way back securing each section with an elastic and adding the hair from the one before. Easy peasy!
The rest of these pics are just for fun. I noticed how big my little girl looks in these! ;)

It is almost summer (okay, almost Spring) and I am so ready! Lately, we have been working on these...

Aren't they fun? We have had so much fun! These are the orders we filled last Friday. Just so fun and over-the-top! ;)
Ballerina bow on headband... This was a special request by my daughter. lol
And then this rediculously massive bow!!! It is 7.5" wide! ;)

Simple Springtime piggy bows....
And one of my faves, baby flip flops with matching bow. I just Love these! I know I made them... but they're so little and just flippin adorable! ;)

Pony-Braid Piggies

Before we get to today's do I wanted to say a quick thank you to all who responded to the free bow offer. I am processing emails and comments and I will get with each of you as quickly as possible! I look forward to working with you!

Today's style is a continuation of yesterday's. This was done on her actual birthday. I just have the pictures I snapped while she was opening her present from Mommy & Daddy. ;)
We left in the top/front from yesterday's do and took the pony and 3 small ponies out of the back.

Little Ponytail, Big Bow

Thank you everyone for your kind comments and emails after my last post. Sis has been doing much better and we have lots of hair styles, bows, and clothing sets to share! ;)

This is one of my favorite styles! Lol, really it's just a mini ponytail right on top of her head. Then I add a big bow to hide the fact that I did nothing! ;) But really, Sis frequently asks me to fix her hair like this because it is so quick and it really does look cute...
She looked a little sad in that picture ... Daddy told her to take a break. ;)
We did a lot this day... fishing with Papa, a birthday party... Her hair lasted the whole time, even through an outfit change. ;)
Okay, this last picture doesn't really show off her 'do or bow, but she's just so stinkin' cute. ;)

Old 'do, new bows. :)

This is by far my favorite style for toddlers when mom's in a hurry. ;) I have done this one with two or three, or even four little piggies. I just parted out the top of her hair and put it in little piggies. On the last time around with the elastic, I pull the hair halfway through. Then I just kind of scatter the ends a little. Add some clippies and voila!
Here is a shot from the back, doesn't really tell you anything more... Anyway, when I made these clips I thought I was being so super creative. Then I found a lady on etsy who uses the little puffballs quite often... still cute, I think. :)
Both Gymboree and Gap have popular Apple lines, and I originally was just wanting something simple for Sis to wear. I really liked how these turned out, so I am adding them to my shop too. ;)
Thanks for stopping by... I have some exciting styles in the works... oh, and I kidnapped my hubby's camera, so at least the pics will be in more than 2mp. ;)

The Party's Over! ;)

Lol, okay, so I have to admit that I am relieved to be finished with Sis's bday party;) I don't have any super-fancy hairstyles to post, but I thought I'd share a few pics from the day. But first, I wanted to show some of the bows I listed in my etsy store today. I just started it up, so it is pretty bare and boring right now;) But I promise to add more items and fix up my profile/store stuff soon! Okay, so first is a pair of my streamer clips...

Bangs

I love this stage because Sis had natural bangs, and they looked very pretty.
I was finally able to get all of her hair up! Pigtails remain a favorite, but now we can get a little more creative!

I saw a little girl while on vacation who had the style that is in the third photo. And I just fell in love. I probably could have managed this one even earlier, but didn't know about it. I just parted the hair down the middle and then parted each half into sections. This is by far the easiest up-do:) This can be worn for everyday, but looks really lovely with dresses. Plus, it stays up all day. This picture is after my daughter's nap, so you can see it held up pretty well.

Last pic is another adorable style. I just used tiny claw clips to pull back 4 or 5 little bits of hair on top of her head. this is super easy to do, and re-do when needed.

Puffs

As your daughter gets more hair your desire to use those little rubber bands will only grow stronger. I suggest pigtails as the first hair-do. Baby's hair doesn't have to be as long as it would for a ponytail. Besides, they just look so cute! As you can see, you don't have to get everything up to get a cute look. To add a cute touch, try adding those tiny clips.

Another cute option is the little puff on top of the head. This looks completely different on every little girl, so you may love it or might hate it:) I preferred the pigtails on my little one.

Don't be afraid to just leave her hair down either. We got a lot of compliments when our daughter's hair wasn't up!
For ease, I think I will give my baby a blog name.
Let's go with Sis:)

Wisps...

There are some things that most moms do, like put a tiny clip in baby's hair even though it doesn't do much and falls out every ten seconds:) But, we can't help ourselves! We want to play dress-up.

Can you see that clip holding on, trying to say, "look, this is a girl!"

One of my favorites! Hats are always an easy and adorable choice for those with little fur:)

And then, there's the oh-so-popular headband! Don't we just love bows! Headbands are great, because girl's can wear them for years and they look super-cute, even on baldies! Also, there are so many types, you just can't really go wrong:)
